GlobeGear Returns & Resolution Policy
Made-to-Order Production
Each GlobeGear piece is made to order, produced specifically for you after purchase. This approach supports quality control, reduces overproduction, and ensures every item is crafted for your order.
Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference-based reasons (style, color tone, fit feel)
- Normal production variations (including minor print placement shifts or slight color differences)
- Minor size variances (within standard manufacturing tolerances)
We encourage reviewing the size guide carefully before ordering. If you’d like help selecting a size, contact us before purchase—we’re happy to assist.
If Something Isn’t Perfect
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—promptly.
Please submit a request within 3 days of delivery using our Return Request Form. To process your request quickly, we require:
- Clear photos showing the issue (good lighting, close-up + full item)
- A photo of the shipping label/packaging
Once verified, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a refund (at our discretion). In most cases, a return is not required.
Resolutions We Offer
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- Replacement (preferred): shipped at no cost
- Refund: returned to the original payment method when replacement is not available or appropriate
Refund processing times vary by bank/payment provider.
Courtesy Support (Non-Defect Situations)
Because items are made-to-order, sizing and preference-based returns are not eligible for standard returns. However, in select cases, we may offer a courtesy store credit or a re-order code as a goodwill gesture. Courtesy support is:
- Not guaranteed
- Issued case-by-case
- May be limited to one-time accommodation per customer

To submit a request, please provide:
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Item name and size/color
- Issue category and short description
- Photo(s) of the issue
- Photo of the shipping label/packaging
